The balanced growth will make the institution very unique even among the grown ones. For making the plan a balanced one, ideas from every corner are to be considered. The expectations and requirements of all the stake holders of the institution are the key inputs of a balanced plan.
To improve the quality of education and to have more academic and operative freedom, it is proposed to apply for Autonomy.
To publish books with ISBN number, making the college an established publisher of research works.
Proposed to have a smart class room with Interactive White Board for effective teaching.
To get more grants from UGC for PG development.
A devise is also conceived to launch Journals for all Research Centers.
Motivate the staff members to apply for Major and Minor Research Projects from various funding agencies. This is an integral part of every annual plan with a view to promote research and extension activities of the institution.
Placement cell will be activated to conduct more number of campus interviews and make the students fit for the job. Efforts are on to make more number of students employable.
To strengthen the Research Departments by organizing many programmes like seminars/ conferences/ workshops/ colloquiums. The platforms will be for the young budding researchers for presenting the findings through PPT/OHP. Based on the availability of expertise available from Foreign Countries, these programs will further be enhanced by inviting them to our college.
To conduct special coaching classes to train the students for NET, SLET examinations.
This service may be extended to other fields also like TOEFL, ELTS, GATE and so on.
Experts from neighboring institutions/ professional centers will be invited for the benefit of students.
To provide training for students who have talents on both field and indoor events and make them participate in the National Level competitions. Plan is also mooted for the construction of a big Indoor Stadium for multi-purpose usage.
To modify and upgrade the existing Language LAB into a Career LAB status, efforts are sincerely taken to raise the required funds for the same.
Different Forums are very much essential to make the administration effective, new academic and non-academic forums are to be introduced for the welfare of both the students and the faculty.
To encourage staff members to go abroad for their upgradation in their respective fields – like Post Doctoral research/ independent research/ summer programs with the support of Management and support from agencies like DST/CSIR/Commonwealth Fellowships.
Supports will be extended to them by Management in the form of sanctioning leave and financial benefits.
