2015 Conducted face-to-face qualitative interviews with LGBT college and homeless young adults for dissertation project “LGBT Young Adults Research Study.” Primary Investigator: Rachel M. Schmitz 2014 Research Assistant on National Institutes of Health Funded Project: “Stressors, Protective Factors and Substance Use among Homeless Youth and Young Adults.” Duties: Assisted with primary data collection using face-to-face survey interviews; assisted with Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) methods using short message service (SMS) surveying; responsible for coding variables, psychometric properties, scale construction, and multivariate modeling using SPSS and Stata.
